Capable is developing next-generation therapeutics to expand human potential through vertically integrated, AI-driven biology. The company is building an AI-enabled  platform that collapses the loop between research, synthesis, and testing — spanning automated peptide and nucleotide synthesis through to cell, animal, and human testing — to rapidly discover and design new medicines. 

Its initial pipeline focuses on sleep, beginning with therapeutics that restore cognitive performance under sleep deprivation and targeting undertreated conditions such as narcolepsy and hypersomnia. Capable's team and advisors include leading figures in synthetic biology and peptide chemistry, including George Church and Bradley Pentelute.
