Noelle Hale

Noelle is an Operations Associate at Harpoon Ventures, where she leads operations and investor relations. She focuses on building strong relationships across the firm’s network while driving strategic initiatives, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing internal operations and organization. She also oversees media content and events, helping bring Harpoon’s mission and community to life.

Prior to Harpoon, Noelle was a Lending Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Los Angeles, where she worked on subscription financing for private equity and venture capital firms across the mid- to large-cap markets. During her time at JPM, she also partnered with early-stage founders and startups from pre-seed through IPO, advising on treasury management and liquidity solutions.

Noelle began her career at First Republic Bank as a lender with commercial real estate investors and financial institutions in Los Angeles. Following its acquisition by JPMorgan Chase, she served as a strategic advisor, supporting internal lending operations through the Bank’s integration.

Outside of Harpoon, Noelle can usually be found at the beach – surfing or teaching yoga as a certified instructor. Based in El Segundo, she’s a third-generation local and has deep roots in this small-town community.
